Standard Delivery
- Individual products may be dispatched from more than one
location and therefore arrive separately but delivery will
only be charged once.
- Orders must clear all security checks typically before
3:30PM in order to be shipped for next working day delivery.
Orders received after this time or when our offices are
closed will not be shipped until the following working day.
Next Working Day Delivery £8.49 + VAT
- We aim to deliver next working, this is not guaranteed
and depends on payment clearing and location*.
- Additional charges, may apply if items weight means cannot
offer the normal shipping rates.
- *Remote/rural postcodes may take longer than next working
day to deliver. UK Offshore Postcodes may take longer than
next working day to deliver and may incur additional charges
for delivery.
Additional Delivery Options
Other delivery options are available within the UK, but pricing
and availability vary
Please email our Customer Care Team if you require a quote
for any of the following delivery options:
- Pre-10:30 Delivery (UK Mainland, weekdays only)
- Pre-12:00 Delivery (UK Mainland, weekdays only)
- Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland)
- Northern Ireland Delivery (2-3 working days)
- Delivery to other UK Offshore Postcodes (typically 2-3
working days)
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland
and UK offshore island addresses. Delivery price varies per
product to non UK mainland addresses, please email for a quote
for delivery.
Carriers used for order delivery
We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
DPD, DHL, TNT, City Link, Business Post (UK Mail) and UPS.
In addition, some of the items we sell are dispatched directly
from the manufacturer. These items will be delivered separately
by the manufacturer's own couriers.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery
addresses per order.
What if only part of your order has arrived?
If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please
bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations
and therefore may arrive separately. However, if this is not
the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed
in the order confirmation email sent to you, email our Customer
Care team.
What if you're not in when we deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not
available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will
leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they
have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card
to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
Collections
Currently it is not possible for you to order from the Website
and pick up from our offices.
International deliveries
We cannot deliver outside the UK, including BFPO addresses.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe
the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal
address or PO Box.
Christmas Deliveries
Our offices will be closed from 24th December through 1st
January. Delivery for the 24th December is not guaranteed,
orders to be processed on 23rd December, payment must have
cleared by 12:00 noon to qualify to next day shipping if available
but next day shipping cannot be guaranteed. Any order received
after this time will not be shipped until the first working
day following 1st January.
