Q: When will I receive a VAT invoice?

A: You should receive a VAT invoice within 24 hours of your order. If you have not received your VAT invoice or if you need a copy simply email our Customer Care department with your order details and request one.

Q: I’m having problems with Google Checkout, what should I do?

A: First, view the Google Checkout Buyer Support pages. If these pages prove unsatisfactory, simply email our Customer Care department the name and quantity of the product(s) you would like to purchase. An email containing a payment link will be sent to enable you to make payment.

Q: Is it possible to order over the phone?

A: Yes. You can place the order over the phone. An email containing a payment link will be sent to enable you to make payment through Google Checkout.

Q: Do you accept credit card payments over the phone?

A: No. Payment is only accepted through Google Checkout.

Q: Do you have retail stores?

A: Not yet. Although a lot of interest has been expressed in Office999.co.uk opening retail stores, we are currently an online only retailer.

Q: Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

A: No. This is due to health and safety concerns.

Q: How do I request an alternate shipping method?

A: Simply email our Customer Care department the name and quantity of the product(s) you would like to purchase along with the preferred shipping method. An email containing a payment link will be sent to enable you to make payment through Google Checkout.

Q: Why does Office999.co.uk send me an email confirming the order that I placed through Google Checkout?

A: Google Checkout completes several anti-fraud inspections before informing Office999.co.uk that an order has been received. With a new Google Checkout account, this process is usually completed within 4-6 hours. As soon as Google Checkout informs Office999.co.uk of the order, we inform you that we have received your order.
