Office 999 Limited Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
1.2. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering.
1.3. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
1.4. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
1.5. Orders can only be accepted from UK Mainland customers.
1.6. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
1.7. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
1.8. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

2. Payment
2.1. Payment is accepted by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, BACS, CHAPS and cheque and must be received prior to delivery of goods.
2.2. All products remain the property of Office 999 Limited until payment has been received in full.
2.3. All prices exclude VAT, Office 999 Limited reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we cannot supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
2.4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. All prices exclude VAT. Office 999 Limited are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
2.5. We only accept payments from UK registered cards.

3. Delivery
3.1. Free standard delivery is available on selected products, UK Mainland only.
3.2. All other UK Mainland only orders will be subject to a £8.50 + VAT delivery charge.
3.3. If delivery other than our standard delivery, i.e. next day or timed delivery, is required, then email our Sales Team for additional information.
3.4. If any item ordered is out of stock we will inform you and give you the option to wait for delivery, choose a replacement product or cancel your order.
3.5. Claims for damage, non-functionality, mis-shipping or shortages must be made in writing within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
3.6. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery.
3.7. We ship goods on working days, 'next day shipping' refers to next working day shipping. If you require for the products to be delivered on a day other than a working day, then email our Sales Team for additional options.
3.8. The cut off point for Next Day Shipping is normally 3:30pm weekdays, all orders should be placed before this time to make sure you qualify.
3.9. The office will be closed for Christmas between 24th December and 1st January. For orders to be processed on 23rd December, they must be received by 12:00 noon.

4. Suitability of Goods
4.1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications, compatibility and suitability with appropriate manufacturers before ordering.
4.2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
4.3. As a result of continuing product development and improvement the specification or design of goods may vary.
4.4. Images displayed on this www.office999.co.uk website are for illustration purposes only.

5. Returns / Faulty Goods
5.1. All faulty goods must be reported to the relevant manufacturer. The relevant manufacturer will be responsible for either replacing the goods or carrying out necessary repairs under the terms of your warranty.
5.2. If within 14 days of receiving the goods you wish to return a faulty item for a refund you must first email our Customer Services Department and obtain a return reference number. A refund will only be given if the goods are undamaged, complete and in the original packaging.
5.3. If within 7 days of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should email our Customer Services Department. You must confirm your request in writing or another durable medium including letter, fax or email. A phone call only is not enough.
5.4. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging, all accessories and any free gifts. Goods must be in an unused and re-sellable condition.
5.5. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and shipping insurance of the goods back to ourselves.
5.6. For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion. Also, business users will be liable for a handling charge of 20% to cover any administrative expenses incurred and the original carriage charge.
5.7. Any goods returned to Office 999 Limited without our prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
5.8. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. If you paid any money for the goods, we will refund that money to you when we receive the goods back from you (other than our costs if we have to recover the goods from you).
